We're a small volunteer team, so please allow 2–3 business days for a reply. Messages that include a page URL and a clear description get answered fastest.

Pick the Right Subject

Using one of these links pre-fills the subject line and helps us route your message quickly.

• Report an error or correction — something on a guide is wrong, outdated, or contradicts what you saw in-game. Please include the page URL and, if you can, how you verified it.
• Submit a tip or discovery — you found a radio station location, a puzzle shortcut, an achievement trigger or a route we haven't documented. Screenshots and player counts help.
• Report a broken page — a 404, a broken link, a layout problem, or something that won't load on your device. Tell us your browser and whether you're on desktop or mobile.
• Copyright or takedown — see the section below.
• Privacy request — data access, correction or deletion requests under GDPR / CCPA. See the privacy policy.
• Advertising or partnerships — media enquiries, advertising, or content collaboration.

Before You Write

A few things we get asked a lot, answered here to save you the email:

• We can't help with your game account, refunds or technical support. This is a fan site. For anything involving your purchase, crashes, or platform accounts, contact Panic or your storefront (Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo) directly.
• We're not House House. We can't pass on feature requests, bug reports about the game itself, or press codes.
• Join codes change per session. We can't give you a working code — see crossplay & join codes for how the system actually works.
• Check the guide first. Most "how do I…" questions are already answered in the beginner guide or walkthrough.
